Each employee or agent of Homeward Bound, Inc. must be capable of being covered under our blanket surety bond and liability insurance. As such, all employees or agents thereof will undergo a background security check prior to being considered for any position with Homeward Bound, Inc.

Team members must have the ability to access the internet from a home computer or laptop (not just a cell phone), must have a general working knowledge and understanding of basic computer and IOS literacy, must be able to successfully utilize and interact in a mobile application environment through a lap top/desktop and IOS devices, and must have a full understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and cloud based computing.
